The only way to eliminate duplicate playlist detections seems to be to delete the duplicate lists within PowerAMP and then reboot the device. So it is important to put ONLY 1 copy of each playlist wherever you want it to be, then re-boot. When I plug the phone in and sync it with MusicBee, then MusicBee overwrites the PowerAmp playlist with the MusicBee playlist, which doesn't have the new song on it. So the song is on the playlist on PowerAmp on the phone, but not on MusicBee on the desktop. What I eventually learned is that PowerAMP will see any M3U playlist files you store on the SD card, no matter WHERE you put them (after a reboot) without the need to 'rescan folders' within PowerAMP's settings. Sometimes I add songs to playlists on PowerAmp on my phone.
